Studio Policies

At Soma Studio, our policies are designed to create a calm, respectful space for everyone. These simple guidelines ensure every visit feels seamless and enjoyable.

Terms & Conditions

Health & Medical Readiness

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit to participate in classes. Please discuss any health conditions, injuries, or pregnancy with your instructor before joining a session so we can support you safely.

First-Time Clients

If it’s your first visit to Soma Studio, please arrive 10 minutes early for a short induction and equipment overview. This ensures you feel confident and supported before class begins. Late arrivals may not be admitted, and the class credit will be forfeited.

Grip Socks

For safety and hygiene, grip socks are required for all classes. They ensure secure footing and protect both you and our equipment. Please bring your own or purchase a pair in-studio before your session.

Memberships & Class Packs

Memberships and class packs begin on the date of purchase and are non-transferable and non-refundable. Each has a set validity period and may not be extended unless supported by medical evidence and approved by Soma Studio.

Refunds, Expiration & Cancellations

Unused credits, missed classes, and expired packs are non-refundable. Refunds may be issued within 14 days if the service has not been used, or in exceptional circumstances approved by Soma Studio. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class; late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeited credits.

Injury & Liability

Your safety is our priority. By attending classes, you confirm that you are medically fit to participate and will inform the instructor of any injuries, conditions, or health changes. All sessions are taken at your own risk, and Soma Studio cannot be held responsible for injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow guidance.
